Document Scanning is the process of converting paper documents to electronic format. Paper is run thru a scanner and are converted to either a PDF or TIF images. These images are saved on a CD.

L&T 4 Post Shelving:

This type of system is typically referred to as static shelving. It is an all metal product. This type of shelving takes up less space than a file cabinet and provides a filing density ratio of 3.3 to 1.

Challenge: Primary Care Associate was expanding their facility because of rapid patient growth. As more patients visited the facility they were out growing their file room.

Rotary File Case Study

Client: Defense Military Pay Office (DMPO) -Fort Bragg
Location: Fayetteville, NC

Challenge: The Defense Military Pay Office was moving their operations to a new floor. Currently each office had a file cabinet they kept their files in. Once relocated to the new floor all files were to be placed into a central file room. The files had to be lockable because the room was not secure.

Solution: Install 27 rotary files. The rotary files were a perfect solution because they provided the DMPO the ability to store a large volume of files and were lockable.

Challenge: Existing car dealership was building a new store with a new parts department. The new parts department was double the size of the existing department. There was a need to store tires, small parts and heavy boxes.
